City of Georgetown / N. & S. San Gabriel River FPP – Scheibe Consulting developed new Hydrologic and Hydraulic (2D) models for Smith Branch, Pecan Branch, and the South San Gabriel River through Georgetown, TX as part of a TWDB Flood Protection Planning Study
Travisso Dam Subdivision, Leander, TX – Scheibe Consulting designed and provided construction phase services for the new Travisso Nameless Valley Ranch Dam. Contractor is installing a 10 ft x 10 ft pedestrian tunnel through the dam structure.
Nolan Creek FPP Study – Scheibe Consulting developed new Hydrologic and Hydraulic models for the entire Nolan Creek Watershed through Killeen, Harker Heights, Nolanville, and Belton, TX. This project was funded by the TWDB through their Flood Protection Planning Program
City of Austin Dam Breach Analysis Study – Scheibe Consulting developed new Hydrologic and Hydraulic models for four (4) existing dam structures within the City of Austin’s jurisdiction. This project was funded by the City of Austin and resulted in flood risk inundation mapping and dam breach analysis
Lower Colorado River FPP Study – Scheibe Consulting was hired in 2019 to update the Lower Colorado River Model from the Fayette Co./Colorado Co. line down to Matagorda Bay. This project was focused on updates to the LCRA model (circa 2000) and included new HEC-RAS 2D modeling, surge analysis, and flood warning planning.
